Who We Are

Jane Sedonaen, MS, IMTA
Founding Partner
Jane is a mindfulness instructor certified by the International Mindfulness Teacher’s Association (IMTA). She received her teacher training through the Mindfulness Training Institute and completed nature-based mindfulness teacher training with Mark Coleman (Awake in the Wild).
Jane is currently specializing in mindfulness in nature practices. She leads daylong Mindfulness in Nature retreats and teaches Introduction to Mindfulness classes. She is passionate about the connections between people and outdoor spaces and the benefits to health and wellness. Her teaching particularly explores the use of nature-based mediation practices to counterbalance the impacts of technology on our lives. Jane also designs outdoor spaces as a practicing landscape architect in California with a Masters in Recreation degree from SFSU. Jane lives in Berkeley, CA, and enjoys water sports, biking, gardening, reading, and spending time with her small dog.

Casey Daigle, IMTA
Founding Partner
Casey Daigle is a writer, producer, yoga teacher and certified mindfulness instructor through the Mindfulness Training Institute (MTI) and the International Mindfulness Teacher's Association (IMTA). She's trained in the Mindful Schools curriculum and is completing nature-based mindfulness training with Mark Coleman (Awake in The Wild).
She specializes in teaching mindfulness in nature practices and integrating them in educational programs. She leads daylong Mindfulness in Nature retreats and Introduction to Mindfulness classes and is especially passionate about teaching nature practices to young adults, helping them deepen their connection to themselves and the Earth.
Casey is an avid outdoor enthusiast and a mom of two active kids. She finds her deepest and most natural connection outdoors, both alone and with her family, and teaches from this grounded, practical perspective.
